Consent form regarding individual/group pictures/videos of my child to be taken during activities organised for pedagogical purposes and their use
In order to participate in the educational life of my child, as well as to collect and exchange memories throughout the current school year, I agree that individual/group pictures/videos with my child will be taken by authorized CPE staff or the OIL communication team, with a professional camera belonging to the Commission, during activities organised for pedagogical purposes, to be:
- posted in front/in my child’s classroom;
- displayed on the information boards provided for this purpose to illustrate the educational work of the groups within the CPEs;
- used to create a souvenir object on the occasion of festive events, for example;
- if applicable, shared with me using my private USB key;
- published/displayed on the information screens.
These pictures/videos are intended exclusively for the attention of children enrolled in CPEs and their parents as well as the administrative and educational staff of CPEs, but may be within sight of staff service provider (catering, maintenance, cleaning and guarding companies) due to their presence in the said buildings (individual/group pictures).
Parents of children enrolled in the CPEs in Luxembourg, as "data subjects" under Chapter III (Articles 14-25) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725, have specific rights, in particular:
- the right to consult, rectify or delete their personal data and those of their children;
- the right to restrict the processing of their personal data and that of their children;
- where applicable, the right to object to the processing or the right to the portability of their data and that of their children;
- the right to object to the processing of their personal data and that of their children, carried out lawfully in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, point a) of the RGPD.
Parents have agreed to provide their personal data, respectively to the OIL.05 or OIL.07 units, but may withdraw their consent at any time by informing the data controller (OIL.05 Head of Unit and OIL.07 Head of Unit) of their decision. The withdrawal of their consent will not affect the legality of the processing carried out before this withdrawal.
