Any enrolment application must be submitted on the eKidWeb platform with the required supporting documents.
In accordance with our admission rules, the application must be submitted at least three months before the expected date of entry. Applications that do not meet this deadline and/or submitted outside the enrolment campaign will be analysed by the responsible management service, based on the number of places available.
According to our admission regulations, the application must be submitted at least three months before the probable date of entry. Requests not meeting this deadline will be analysed by the responsible management department according to available places. All new applications will be processed according to the admission priorities defined in Article 3 of the CPE rules.
We welcome children from the age of 3. The expected date of entry indicated on the enrolment form cannot be earlier than the child's 3rd birthday. Example: my child will turn 3 on 10 October, the date of entry will be 10 October at the earliest.
Children not yet attending European school are accommodated in specific groups with a very limited number of places are quickly filled.
We therefore strongly advise parents to seek alternative care for their child in parallel while waiting for the follow-up given to their request. Be careful ! For the CPE Bertrange/Mamer, the kindergarten section dedicated to preschool children is not open, but a request for reception can be made to the nursery services managed by the European Parliament or any other adapted structure.
The parental contribution is calculated on a flat-rate basis: attendance and meals. Attendance is charged by the CPE and meals paid directly to the external provider.

The groups of children attending school are, as far as possible, aligned with the class attended at the European School.
